Neux is an AI-driven platform concept I developed to help creators design and optimize customer journeys. The tool transforms a stated goal—like launching a course or selling an ebook—into a ready-made engagement flow, giving creators more time to focus on content while improving conversions.

Independent creators struggle to plan and execute audience engagement journeys because existing tools are fragmented, manual, and not designed for end-to-end flow.
Neux set out to validate whether AI could generate and optimize these journeys from a simple goal statement.
Challenge: Independent creators struggle to plan and execute audience journeys because existing tools are fragmented, manual, and not designed for end-to-end flow.
Opportunity: Introduce an AI-driven system that can generate and optimize customer flows from a simple goal statement, reducing friction and saving creators time.
Goal: Validate the need for Neux through structured research and prototyping, and design a scalable foundation for a goal-based journey planning tool tailored to creators.
The Neux case study demonstrated how hybrid research and rapid prototyping can validate a new product direction before an MVP is built.
By combining real creator interviews with synthetic responses, I was able to quickly uncover pain points, map opportunities, and test solutions through iterative design.
