Clients of roundpeg lacked sufficient resources to implement RWD solutions, roundpeg sought to expand webinar product offerings to meet revenue goals.
Goals
- Discover business goals and identify customer service design opportunities.
- Research RWD and product development methods to create focused and effective presentations.
- Prepare webinar assets and deploy as live, real time instructional webinars via roundpeg platforms.

- Discovered limits and commensurate opportunities for new webinar titles and platform features.

- Gathered notes and previous project assets to build into a working draft of webinar in keynote.
- Reviewed all content and narrative strategy with roundpeg executives prior to finalization.
